1. I will ask you what you will be storing to help determine what size unit you will be needing. 2. Safety, Security, Location, Price, Service, Accessibility, Clean, New, Well Lit, 24 Hour Kiosk 3. 28 Recording Cameras, On Site Manager Hours, Cameras can be viewed by Manager from home. 4. 4 HVAC units to maintain a constant temperature year round, Pest Control, site audits and lock checks. 5. I will discuss pricing on different sized units with you before you rent. 6. Yes! You can get a discount! I love giving discounts! 7. 24 Hour Access 8. I am available when you need me. If I am not in the office, I am a phone call or text away. I have a 24 Hour Kiosk that you can make payments at, rent a new unit or transfer units. The Kiosk accepts cash, card and checks. I want you to be happy here and I will make you stay as pleasant and easy as possible. 9. My tenants LOVE this facility! Once you step foot in the door, you will not want to rent anywhere else! I would be more than happy to give you multiple references from current and previous tenants.

  • What type of Units do you have?
    We have standard and temperature controlled units
  • What is the difference between Standard and Temperature Controlled Units?
    Temperature Controlled Units are cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. Imagine storing your items in a back bedroom compared to storing your items in the garage. That is the basic difference between Standard and Temperature Controlled.
  • What are the access hours?
    You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day
  • What time can I rent a unit or make a payment?
    We have a Kiosk on site that you can rent a unit and make a payment 24 hours a day. The Kiosk accepts cash, check and all major cards. Management is also available by phone if not in the office. Please call 681-265-9119. You can also call or text 304-542-4652.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    We do not charge a deposit or an administrative fee.
